ShipMax ("we", "our", or "us") is a shipping automation solution operated by Eveonix. 2. Information We Collect

When you connect your Amazon account via OAuth, we receive an authorization token that allows ShipMax to access your Amazon Selling Partner API data. This includes order information (order IDs, shipping addresses, item details), shipment and tracking data, and inventory quantities. We also collect your email address and contact information when you create an account or contact support. We do not collect or store your Amazon login credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: retrieve and display your Amazon orders, generate shipping labels for your orders, sync tracking numbers back to Amazon, update order statuses and inventory quantities, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not modify your product listings or pricing.

4. Amazon SP-API Data

ShipMax accesses your Amazon data exclusively through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) using secure OAuth 2.0 authorization. We only access the data necessary to provide our shipping automation services. This includes order data, shipment information, and inventory data. We do not access data beyond what is required for the functionality described in our application.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Your Amazon authorization tokens are stored securely and encrypted. All communications between ShipMax and Amazon's APIs use HTTPS encryption. We regularly review our security practices to ensure your data remains protected.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with shipping carriers solely for the purpose of generating shipping labels and tracking shipments as part of our service. We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you disconnect your Amazon account or delete your ShipMax account, we will delete your stored data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

You may disconnect your Amazon account from ShipMax at any time through your Amazon Seller Central settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected]. You may revoke ShipMax's access to your Amazon account at any time through Amazon Seller Central's authorized applications settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ShipMax after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
