Visit the Connect page, select your account type (Seller or Vendor Central) and marketplace, then click 'Authorize with Amazon'. You'll be securely redirected to Amazon to grant access.
Does ShipMax modify my product listings?
No. ShipMax does not modify product listings or pricing. It focuses exclusively on order processing, shipping label generation, tracking sync, and inventory updates.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
ShipMax currently supports the United States, UAE, and Saudi Arabia marketplaces.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ShipMax uses secure OAuth-based Amazon authorization and communicates with Amazon via the official SP-API. We do not store your Amazon credentials.
